WARRANTY

We will honour the manufacturer's warranty on all products. Simply contact Pistol & BURNES and we will instruct the customer on how to receive warranty work.

NOTICE

Price and availability are subject to change without notice.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

CLAIMS

Any claims for damage incurred during shipping must be made with the courier. Pistol & BURNES does not take responsibility for shipping damage.

SHIPPING

The shipping costs calculated on the site are for North America only. The cost of shipping a package outside of North America will b e-mailed to the customer when the order is received and confirmed.

RETURNS

Returns may be made within 15 days of receipt of the product, postage prepaid, to the Delta distribution centre (a restocking charge may apply). All returns must be authorized by Pistol & BURNES and must be shipped via the local postal service. Please contact our toll free number for authorization. Pistol & BURNES will not take back product that has been damaged during shipping (see claims section). Claims for damage that has occurred during shipping must be made with the courier.
